I just recently called T/A to ask where their stores are located. Operator said "we don't have any stores". I already knew that T/A was bought out by a company back east but was unaware ALL the retail stores had been closed. Seems the company that bought T/A is running it to the ground. Terrible customer service. For the ridiculous amount of money they charge for shipping, only to use the slowest and cheapest mode (smartpost), they also took almost a week to ship my order. I never received a confirmation email. They have a lot of nice items but I'm done being treated like ***. This will be my last order.

Remember when Territory Ahead had interesting catalogs and great customer service? Wow, they have become AWFUL! They repeatedly make mistakes with sending the wrong merchandise, do not answer customer service online inquiries, delay orders without explanation or notification, will not make amends for their errors with by issuing a consolation such as free shipping, and are extremely rude on the phone. I used to like their clothing but I have received items that were defective, other items became totally unavailable, of which I was never notified so that I could cancel or find a substitute. Shipping prices are outrageous. Just not a good experience. There are too many other options! Bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla, do I really need 100 words to express my frustration? i have been a customer of tta for many years, and have always enjoyed, the up beat and very friendly people. however the lady i spoke with tonight,was not..all of the hard working people that work for tta should not be pained with a broad brush. the lady i spoke to tonight,makes me wonder if the climate of your customer service may need a pep talk.. she was not rude but her customer service skills needs to be up-dated.i am a retired guy and do... The absolute worst! Ordered in December, received in Feb. Sent back. They made an error and gave store credit instead of crediting back to card. Would not fix. Keep telling me they sent me a check. Never got. Do not buy here. Stuff is good. Service is the worst I've experienced. Takes 30-60 minutes to even get someone on the phone. then when they don't like what you say they transfer you back into the loop and you have to wait AGAIN! ... Read more

My husband has lived in their t-shirts for over 10 years. We originally bought them in an actual store. I have tried to order more t-shirts online twice now. The first time they actually lost the order, but never contacted me. Being frustrated, I wrote them off. A year or more later I decided to give them another try. After over 2 years these shorts are still fading and staining other clothing and towels in the wash.I have ruined so many items of clothing just forgetting that these rust colored shorts are in the basket with other clothing. I keep thinking that they will finally stop bleeding. These shorts are 100% cotton, made in columbia. Territory Ahead sends me 1 or 2 unsolicited emails per day. I do not know how they got my email address. When I try the "Unsubscribe" link, it always states the system is "temporarily down". Really? Every day? For over a month now? I've emailed their customer service dept and asked to be removed from their email list, but Surprise!...no reply.
