Territory Ahead - A faulty item was not properly dealt with
i ordered a pair of pants and after one wash, the fabric was obviously faulty, with a big bulge in what was supposed to be smooth stretchy pants.. i sent them a picture, explaining the issue, and then got a reply saying of course they would replace them.. stand by for a shipping label.. it never came.. when i emailed them about it, they said they sent it but i never got it, and now they refuse to send another or credit me.
i called the customer service, waiting 5 minutes on hold, to be told that there was nothing they could do.
i have vowed to never buy anything from this company again!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: give me a credit at the least, ship me a new pair.

You have jeans that make you look like you're hung like a horse and you're complaining? There are people that would pay extra for that feature!
hahahahahaha!!! That's true,better in front than the butt area where a bulge wouldn't mean the same thing for sure.
