I ordered 2 pair of chino shorts, 6 inseam. Delivered 4/30/22.I first wore a pair on Sat., May 14 to a backyard party. The second time I put them on, on Monday, May 16, the waist button popped offand I was wearing a belt!
Preferred solution: Remove my name and address from catalog mailing list.

I just saw all of the negatives listed and that is totally contrary to my experiences. The only complaint I have is that they no longer carry Womens clothing. The things my husband has have worn well.

I have been a long time customer of TA but am now parting ways with them due to TA taking in excess of 3 weeks to credit my account for a couple of returned items I sent in perfect condition. There reason for the delay is they claim they are overwhelmed with returns.
To that I say BS, they are in the retail online business,DEAL WITH IT as any other online clothing would do because I am not the only one in this position of waiting for what I am now guessing will be a month. I have spoken to a supervisor and gotten no relief from the delayed return.The only recourse I have and I explained this to the supervisor was to discontinue doing business as I would for any business that elects to still me for a REFUND.Their policy is totally unacceptable, do you think that a company like Amazon could hold your refund dollars for a month and not have it impact their business in a negative way, SO LONG TERRITORY AHEAD, YOU ARE LOSERS, LITERALLY IN MY CASE.
