Ordered a blazer. Wrong size arrived. Ordered another one. Wrong size again. Ordered the third one. Wrong size. Returned the 1st. Got $40 less in refund. 2nd and 3rd they refused the return. Customer service is horrendous. Clothes are overpriced and the quality isnt good . Do yourself a favor-save money and nerves.Dont buy from them

Shirt return

I received a shirt which was way too small, although the Conch color was beautiful. Evidently this color is no longer available in my size, so I requested a credit to my credit card. Too bad. Ive been a loyal TA customer for some time.

Checking on my order

I tried to contact territory ahead many times. Ive heard nothing from them. No emails nothing. Territory ahead in past years has always been very good. This is the first time that I will have a problem. All Im ask (deliver the merchandise)

I re-ordered a shirt because the wrong size was sent. They told me they had plenty of those in as soon as they received the other one back for me they would send it and then they received the other on

I returned the shirt because it was the wrong size. They told me they had a different color in the same shirt and they had plenty of them so when they Received my shirt back they would send me the other shirt when they received my shirt back. There was no other shirt. They were all gone and they offered me one the same color he already had and I did not want it. I wish they had not told me they had plenty of them or I wouldve just bought it then it was just handled very rudely.

I like their stuff and bought $550.00 on sale and loved it, but 2 washes of Henley revealed hole in label near neck. Clearly defective but wouldnt exchange. Poor business model and no amount of polite protocol means they care. No more business from me and Ive been a customer for years

Not shipping no customer support

I placed a $650 order over two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. All items are in stock so that's not the problem. Just called and they cannot tell me when the order will even ship. Further, a couple of days after I placed the order they ran a free shipping promotion on over $150.00. They refused to credit me. I told them you are going to lose a high spending customer over $25 in what would have been free a few days later and they didn't care. So, if you want to not get your clothes and get over charged buy from them. I warned you!

I ordered 2 pair of chino shorts, 6 inseam. Delivered 4/30/22.I first wore a pair on Sat., May 14 to a backyard party. The second time I put them on, on Monday, May 16, the waist button popped offand I was wearing a belt!

I have been a long time customer of TA but am now parting ways with them due to TA taking in excess of 3 weeks to credit my account for a couple of returned items I sent in perfect condition. There reason for the delay is they claim they are overwhelmed with returns.

To that I say BS, they are in the retail online business,DEAL WITH IT as any other online clothing would do because I am not the only one in this position of waiting for what I am now guessing will be a month. I have spoken to a supervisor and gotten no relief from the delayed return.The only recourse I have and I explained this to the supervisor was to discontinue doing business as I would for any business that elects to still me for a REFUND.Their policy is totally unacceptable, do you think that a company like Amazon could hold your refund dollars for a month and not have it impact their business in a negative way, SO LONG TERRITORY AHEAD, YOU ARE LOSERS, LITERALLY IN MY CASE.

I just saw all of the negatives listed and that is totally contrary to my experiences. The only complaint I have is that they no longer carry Womens clothing. The things my husband has have worn well.

I used to shop here a lot. Their buyer had it going on. Wonderful stuff, as described, only better. These days, after only (1) failed purchase, I won't go here again until the reviews turn around. Too bad too, once was my go to; now there is no way no matter how much I love what they show in the catalog. 99.99% sure the order will end up totaled. Best of luck if you give it a try. Cant say you were not warned.

I just went through this. Their shipping cost have always sucked, but I paid it because of the great clothing.

Now they’ll sell you items that show in stock and actually aren’t and give you the run around for weeks and tell you it’s getting ready to ship and then send you a back order notice… all while it shows IN STOCK on their website still. I’ve spent close to a $1000 in 2022 at TA and now I won’t touch them.

Just got the summer catalog and the color pants I wanted (Nylon Mission Cargo) are unavailable and won't become available. I switched to another color, but was advised shipping would be over $16 for a $140 pair of pants. Too expensive. . . . Also, I returned a former purchase this year and was refunded only a portion of price.
